Driver Requirements
Elite Trucking Inc
  •         Must be 21 years old
  •        Chauffeur license (CDL optional)
  •        Acceptable MVR - reports will be checked for the
    previous 3 years
  •        5 year work history
  •        Pass a D.O.T.  physical
  •        Must submit a DOT inspection of truck
  •        Be professional in appearance
  •        Submit a copy of vehicle registration and copy of
    insurance
  •        $1000 damage deposit - you may have 10% of each
    trip deducted until you reach the $1000 level
  •        Insurance- you must have non trucking liability and
    physical damage
  •        Pass Port or Birth Certificate, and copy of Social
    Security card
  •        Pass a drug screening
  •        Pass a company road test
Driver must comply with
all D.O.T.  requirements
related to vehicle
inspections,  physicals,
drug testing, logging,
licensing, registration
and insurance.
Drivers should always be
professional.
